I decided Friday afternoon that I was going to our monthly get together that we have in our community. I thought it would be good for both of us and it was! When we got there, Jerry acted like he was just part of the group and joined in conversations.  There were a few who said hi and then, in a very respectful way, avoided him. But, there were quite a few who went out of their way to talk with him. One of our neighbors and him were having so much fun.  She is so funny and would tease him when he couldn't find a word to describe what he was saying. She had him laughing and joking about himself, me and the neighbor he was talking to. His wonderful sence of humor came out and he had such a great time.

On Sat. we got up early, ran errands and back to the house by 10:30. We worked all day and until the early evening.  We planted, weeded, put down stone. We didn't quite finish, but the front of the house and the one side looks so good.

On Sunday we skipped church and finished  the front of the house and ran into Hagerstown.  We enjoyed a nice dinner out and went to Rite Aid, Lowe's and Kohl's. It was a wondfull evening.

Jerry got upset as he couldn't remember where he put his medicine. I told him I was sorry he couldn't remember, but it was not my fault. He pouted, then came back, appoligize and asked me not  to be angry with him. He was so sweet.

This whole weekend was like it used to be. I will treasure it forever as I know it may not be here again and if it is, it maybe few and far inbetween,
