II have already told myPCP I believe I have Alzheimerss and I would like referral to nuerologist but the PCP refused referral.

Several of Mercy doctors offices (at precheckup review) are now asking me if I have any new diagnosis to share.... like, umm, duh, i wonder to myself ..... 'why am I HERE at this office?  YOU ARE my doctor?  Is there something YOU need to tell me.  The hospital network computer system shows you my file for my doctors."    (What the heck is going on?)

DDoes this mean they are intentionally leaving out my diagnosis??
