Like a lot of caregivers, I deferred my own health needs 'until after'.Tomorrow, I'm having an out patient heart ablation to correct a rythm problem, called SVT.
I'm trying to get all these issues dealt with and continue to move forward.
I'll update when I get back home.

Update: Both of us woke up sick, so I cancelled ablation. I'll put it off until summer.
