At 9:51 am CST, my dad left this world and was free from Alzheimers.

Oh, I miss him.   And my mom.

I told him I’d be I’d be ok. I told my mom 22 years ago that dad and I would be ok.

I’m still trying.

Everyday.

Poptarts and Twinkie’s forever

I am so sorry for your loss. Your father is now back with his wife, and you are all alone, try to take solace in that your father was a great dad and raised you well. Your father is at peace now with no more pain and suffering so let that be a comfort to you. I know that you miss him dearly, and for that I am so sorry. Live each day as your father would want you to, and just take one day at a time

God’s Blessings to you

Julie, you'll always miss him.  There's no way around that.  And anniversaries have a way of bringing up all those memories.  YOU DID A GREAT JOB GIRL!  Be proud of yourself, because I sure am.
