Is anyone enrolled in the Cognito Overture or Flicker studies? Studies are based in brain wave stimulation using 40htz clicking sounds and flashes out of MIT.

There is also an App called AlzLife that is based on the research of the MIT study. I’m curious if anyone has used this app with any success.

If you can get past the hippy advertising, this Sound and light Machine can be modified to produce 40Hz light and sound. I will be doing it. Vielight has results, IT USES NEAR INFRA RED LIGHT, but its so pricey, but this DIY brain machine kit with normal lights is 25 USD plus shipping and some import fees, you can see the total online before you commit to purchasing - if you modify it with the instructions below, you have a flashing 40Hz light and sound, like the mouse study.
