That song makes me feel like you're deeply in the early stages of Grief.

When Sandy died, I needed counseling immediately to save myself. It started about two weeks after her death.

I can empathize with you and the feeling of drowning.

Once counseling started, and the therapist would ask me how I was feeling, I would usually tell her I was either treading water or trying not to drown when it was really bad.

For me, life without my wife felt like I was floating in the middle of an ocean trying to swim to land I couldn't see in any direction around me.

I hope it isn't this bad for you now.
