I did have the ingredients with me on my list of meds.
Isotonic OP -3
Potassium bicarbonate 95 mg
Grape seed extract 25mg
Red wine extract 25 mg
Pine bark extract 25 mg
Bilberry extract. 25 mg
Citrus extract bioflavonoids 25 mg

Thanks, Mimi. I will look more into Isotonic OP-3 and potassium bicarbonate. Perhaps, they are designed to increase the absorption of the other ingredients--all of which are good antioxidants.
My sense is that good antioxidants slow down the progression of Alzheimer's disease and the best antioxidants partially reverse the disease.

A geriatrician active in dementia research field and formerly an excellent AD diagnostician and physician, after much research , proscribed this for patients and caregivers.
A friend calls them their morning cocktail.
I certainly believe it has helped me.

I was wondering how you came to this particular antioxidant mix. Now I know. I think that it is a good "cocktail" which has certainly helped you and could potentially help many others.
