I really don't know whether it works or not as I use this with other things that I give to my husband along with Exelon patch,Namenda and Zoloft. I also give him as much coconut oil as I can when I cook. For those people that have problems with their stomachs after ingesting Axona, I think I have come up with a solution. I mix the Axona with Coconut Milk Ice Cream and since doing this my husband does not have the stomach distress that he did with just the Axona alone.

For GI issues, I went on a lactose free diet (soy milk, goat cheese) and yogurt with my evening meds. Works for me.
