Link to YouTube Video - lecture is 19 minutes and gives a brief overview of research efforts. Looks like there are two main focus areas: the amyloid hypothesis and targeting tau.
Fairly straight forward and low-technical: should make it accessible to many. Perhaps this helps others put some perspective on the research that is out there? It helped me with a 30,000 ft overview.
