A very interesting article with information that I had never heard before.

I didn't realize that the plain old raw chicken and fish that are sold at the supermarket are chemically altered.

I will start looking at organic options. Like the prof said, would you rather spend more now for food or in the future for medicine?

Yes, it seems most of the things we eat are chemically altered. I have been learning that processed food is not a good choice for dementia patients. Apparently a keto diet is ideal. Organic unprocessed food is best.
