I came across this site that includes a lot of resources and a forum board for people that carry or are thinking of being tested for APOE4. Treatments are discussed here as well- many are alternative or preventative in nature.

Thank you for the resource, LDDaughter. It kind of reminds me more of what we used to do on this site.

You're welcome. I've been keeping up with a lot of articles and things on my own and thought it just made sense to come back here. I spent a lot of time several years ago on the Caregiver board.
Wish this board was called Clinical Trials and Treatments though. I wonder if they'd consider changing that....

I am glad that you are back posting here. I like reading about many of the subjects out there that are easily missed.
This was the title of the old forum:
Medications/Treatments for Alzheimer_s Discuss questions, issues and concerns about Alzheimer's medications and treatments.
Maybe we could ask that we return to the old title.

I think we should. I'll look into it. By the way, what does one do with the connections feature on the website? I've never seen what one can do with that once you have these connections.

Thank you very much for looking into it, LDDaughter. Maybe if the forum title were more inclusive we would get more posts here.
The only thing I have done via connections is to exchange messages. I think you can also follow an individual's posts but I don't know how to do that. Hopefully, someone with more experience with connection features will fill us in.
