Just posting in this forum to let every body know a couple things.
1) Merry Christmas!
2) I will begin to fade back and monitor this foum and "I have Alzheimer's" only.

I'm not a professional in this area, only a person with AD that cares about others and can express myself yet. Diagnosed at age 58 in Stage 5, now appear firmly in Stage 4 for now- wonderful meds! I 'm 62 now..

Helpful hints for slowing the progression:
- Get Early detection
- Start the required drug therapy
- Avoid stress
- Mediterranean diet with antioxidants and Omega 3
- Mental and physical exercise

Tom, the rest of us, or at least I'm not nearly comfortable.
Where do you do Christmas? Wherever, I hope it's everything you wish for.
