Although I have been helping my wife get dressed for couple of years she has always been able to take care of her shaving duties. I knew the day would come, so a few months ago I bought a device that slows down hair growth called a no no, which does alright on the legs. My problem is under the arms, I do not trust myself shaving under her arms and she is getting to the point she can't, is there a good ladies shaver I can use to do this, have no idea and don't want to waste money on a product that does not work.

I have a vintage Lady Ronson shaver, which is a Remington product. Probably any electric razor would do.
Bless you for helping your wife remain fresh.
Be sure to check the chin for stray chin hairs. Tweezing is okay.

I stopped shaving under my arms when I was 60. What a relief that was!...and frankly, after all these years, there's hardly anything there.

Have you tried to help her understand your worry about cutting her? Maybe she will give in to the electric shaver if she knows it will eliminate your worries.
You could also perhaps try a little white fibber. Tell her you received a gift...or won a prize...a woman's electric razor. You have it anyway and it might be worth a try.
If she was able or had a desire to do her own legs, then she could. You could also tell her it has a massage effect that will benefit her...xyz health problem.
Good luck with that! 
Sounds like you are doing a very understanding job in your care and respect for her wishes. Just remember, she will not always recognize what is best for her or easier for you.

She is alright with the electric shaver, just not going with out shaving. I was just trying to find the best razor.
