It’s kind of boring here on the early onset forum without her. Her generous and honest writing about her “journey”, no matter how dicey/scary/painful/unsettling it became, gave us hope that the disease can be managed and that sharing the experience of living with a neurocognitove illness can be done creatively and can be shared, despite the hurdles. Her posts were riveting.

I miss her too. Sadly to say this place is becoming the dead zone. I wish new people
would take over. I no longer have the patients to speak to others here. It just
always leads to arguments and I am sick of that.

Has anyone heard from her lately? I last heard from her about a week or so after she left the Boards. She was doing more or less okay considering, and was going through many changes in her situation. I so hope that things are going okay for her, she has been with us for years, so it does feel as though we have some sparkle missing.
Perhaps she will, when settled, come back to say, "Hello." We shall have to wait and see. We are all really and truly wishing her well.

I miss alz+ too. She was lively, had good knowledge to share, and adventurous stories. Maybe when she settles she will return.
