Back in the day when my dad wasn't so far off in his disease, he would be entertained watching Judge Judy. He really liked her and how abrupt she is. He was always laughing at her responses.
Lately, I haven't been able to take him out on trips because I don't want him to get sick, so I have him watch TV all day. Yesterday, flipping through channels, I found Judge Judy.
Well, as usual, she was cutting someone down, and while I was feeding dad, he says, "Esa mujer es muy lista." translate>>"that woman is very smart".
What?! Can you believe it?! He is still attracted to Judge Judy. Something about the tone of her voice attracts him. Kinda cute, huh?

Im glad you found something he enjoys. Reminds me of my attraction to American Idol back when it started. One of the judges, Simon, was nasty with his remarks, which made the show entertaining

She just focuses on the actual merits of each case.
and that is what they are supposed to do....subjectivity is not welcome in a court of law

It's amazing, isn't it Ruth? My father used to love Judge Judy. He always loved her straight forward approach to problems. Hope you find Judge Judge episodes daily! It will give you both something to enjoy.

Judge Judy, and her associates, Judge ( insert name here , ) have never appealed to Barbara, but put on a British crime drama, and she is a happy girl. Thank God for Amazon Prime and Netflix !

Judith, so far, I think every one I've shown her, especially Miss Marple, as played by Joan Hickson, and Poirot, as played by David Suchet, has been a hit in our household.

How much is Prime? I haven't been interested because I don't rent movies often.
Recently, I did rent 'Mary Queen of Scots' and 'The Wife' (that one is good, Glenn Close) through Amazon.
I also rented 'Victoria' but it's on pause right now...I fell asleep and I can't get around to continue watching it.
