Two Americas

There is an America where people engage each other, have fun, and do interesting things with their lives.  Then there is the America where people sit at home with nothing to do.  I used to be part of the first America.  Now I'm part of the second.

I never imagined this second America was real.

Oh, Iris, I hear you there.  Today we're having one of those stay at home and watch DH sleep in the chair days.  He has been soooo unhappy today. I have been trying all day to cater to what ever why he turns but nothing I seem to say or do is right. I just keep reminding myself tomorrow is another day and it WILL be a better day.

Do you sometimes feel like the entire world is spinning as usual but everyone seems to have forgotten your exisitence??  I really dislike it when his down days bring us both down.  I AM trying to be cheerful........just gets harder than usual somedays.

Iris I hope you find something to brighten your day.  If it helps.......I'm thinking of you.

Well, Steve, I am a bit hippy now, but I wasn't a hippie then. -
