I am so excited because I got interviewed for the news today! You can watch the interview by going to my web site at http://www.earlyonsetatypicalalzheimers.com/index.html on either the links page or there is a link on my blog from today as well. Thanks and so happy to try to help the cause in a more public way than I have in the past!

John, I must say that I'm impressed with all the work you have put into this effort.  Folks like you sure help to let the world know how this damn disease affects so many people, especially the people around the alz patient.  My wife of 50 years is in stage 7.

Keep up the great work.

ps: I envy your computer savvy on putting all this together, GBU

HI JOHN,

I READ YOUR BLOG, BUT DIDN'T SEE THE LINK TO THE INTERVIEW.

YOUR FACE LOOKS FAMILIAR AND SO I MAY HAVE MET YOU AT DC.

I THINK WE NEED MORE TIME AT DC TO GET TO KNOW EACH OTHER.

We very possibly did meet in DC Mimi, I was there in 2010, 2011 and 2012. If you click on the link in my last blog post it will take you there but it is even easier to go on LINKS page and right at the top is the video embedded that just looks like the walk logo, click on that and it will start playing the video!
Go here Mimi, the video is at the top  http://www.earlyonsetatypicalalzheimers.com/links.html

Thanks all for your very kind words!! I try to do my best which I never think is good enough, part perfectionist in me and part disease making me not the same person I once was but I promise to keep doing everything I can as long as the disease allows. If my Dad is any example, and who knows because even though it is believed there is a genetic link and it will follow a very similar course, everyone is a little different and there are NO guarantees in life as most everyone on this site knows all too well, hopefully that will be quite a few more years! But I will keep on keeping on as long as possible.

I write an internet blog on www.summerville.patch.com

One I wrote on "Alzheimer's Month". For that one, you will need to scroll down on the front page list of blogs. Today I published one. "The Shorts" of it"
If you get a chance, give them a read. I think you will enjoy them.
