Sometimes when this hell we are all enduring becomes too much for my sprite, I wax poetic to purge my pain. I use Microsoft Word or Open Office for my palate. It's difficult that after spending a few minutes or hours (or sometimes months) putting my feelings into prose, I have to print it and retype it in order to post it in Musings. It would be nice if we could "copy and paste"  I'm not an accomplished poet, but retyping it from a print-out isn't as cathartic. Anyone have a solution?

I concur. Ctrl + V is the paste " longcut. " Maybe it's supposed to be a shortcut, but this is the only place I've ever used it, and initially it was a pain royale. Nowadays, it's second nature, but there are still little gremlins that pop up on this site - to keep me on my toes, I imagine.

Marcus, I stopped using my windows computer about three years after I got my android smartphone. Where I am at, the smartphone downloads and uploads a lot faster than a computer on the same network. It works great if you can stand to type with one finger. I just write all my posts in my notebook app, highlight whatever I want to paste, then press copy, which puts the post on the clipboard. Then I go to the comment, press to make a pointer, then press the clipboard button on my keyboard, and all is copied in the space. It is easy and I have all my posts in my notebook for later use. These smartphones are great.
