SSince my husband wandered off this last weekend, I notice some behavior changes . I dont know if I should let his PCP or neurologist know?. He has always been a busy man but seems more fidgety?  He likes to do weeding but now has started pulling up grass, no weeds left. He seems driven to be constantly busy. I have a medic alert coming that has GPS capasity. I cannot relax for fear of him walking off again. He goes to Adult  Care 3 times a week. He only visits neurologist only once a year. Should I report this to MD?

If wandering off is a new behavior, it wouldn't be a bad idea to get him to his neurologist and update him on the behavior changes. Why is he pulling up the grass? Is he becoming aggressive in other ways?
