I was reviewing some information on power of attorney online and discovered several websites that offer good general information about professional guardians and fiduciaries.  This is suitable for those of us who may not have a family member as caregiver in the future.   

This information may also help us if we choose to have a friend help us out if a family member is not available. 

I discovered that there are standards of care that are already in place.  I have been searching for this information for some time.  This is information that I did not know.  Perhaps it may help someone else.
