There are so many of us on the message boards, and I believe some new members have posted questions without response. Most likely this happened to you because you did not initiate a new topic, but entered your query as part of a reply on someone else's thread. In order to be sure we can reach out to you, please do POST NEW TOPIC and label it something like "question from newbie about ..." so we can jump right in with you.

Hello Newbies.
Nora is correct. She has given you some good advice. We the PV's do try to find and answer all newbies. Sometimes that can be difficult.
It would be wonderful if each of you would "Start a New Thread" when you have a question or anything you may want to share.
