Does anyone have a sense of how long it takes to get the death certificates?
It's been a little over two weeks and I don't have them, yet...

It took about a month to get my dad's. They made a mistake on the date of his death and it took another 3 months to get the amended certificate.

It was less than two weeks to receive my mother's.

Call the funeral home and ask.
Mine didn't get signed right away ... and even so, I had them in less than a week.

I donated my mother's body and still had a death certificate within 10 days.

I emailed the funeral home. They were just getting ready to mail them out. I should have them Monday. Thanks!
