thanks Michael....a regret I have, and it is a big one, is that I did not know about Teepa when my husband was alive. I would have done a much better job.

There is no reson to have any regret as you have done so much for him.  What I find sad is those who know about her do not try to learn from her. While they may not be able to afford here classes or see her in person there are so many free videos out there that have been copied from her programs.  She also offers some free good talks.

Thanks Michael for making me aware to this podcast. Listening to podcasts has been at least something to look forward to during my long journey of being a caregiver. I find listening to podcasts more pleasant than watching a video because listening to a podcast allows me to multi-task. This series of podcasts by Teepa looks to be particularly insightful.

 While I understand what you are saying I think some of the things she teaches would require you to see a video in order to truly understand some of the concepts she teaches.

Michael you're so right. I just listened to one episode and Teepa's techniques just don't translate well when you just listen to them being practiced. Besides that a lot of very good stuff and definitely worth a listen.
