Officially called Inversion therapy. It can't be this easy, right?
Does kneeling and putting your forehead on the ground 5 times a day improve bloodflow to the brain?
Yoga?
I was reading that something like 70% of the muscles in the body are below the waist, so apparently its the leg (and butt) muscles that help to keep the blood pumping through the body.
So, stronger leg muscles, better brain?
And there is apparently a normal drop in blood flow, or blood pooling in the lower body when someone has been sitting for some time, so its pretty normal to be light headed unless you stand up s-l-o-w-ly.
