ALZConnected Moderator's Guidelines for Participation
The goal of ALZConnected is to provide a safe environment for anyone impacted by Alzheimer's or dementia to share their experiences and receive support. To ensure the safety and health of this community, ALZConnected Moderators reserve the right to remove a post or thread that violates our Community Guidelines for Participation or Terms and Conditions of use.
Regarding posts or threads in violation of the Community Guidelines:
When a post or thread is in violation of our guidelines, the Moderators reserve the right to lock the thread. When this happens the Moderator will post a message in that thread for visibility. In cases where a post or thread is in extreme violation of our guidelines, the Moderators reserve the right to remove the post or thread. When this happens, Moderators will notify the member(s) whose posted content is in violation of our guidelines via email.
If Moderators determine that the reported post or thread is not in violation of community guidelines, no action will be taken. In some instances, Moderators will post a reminder about community guidelines within the thread.
If you believe a post or thread violates these guidelines, please use the orange "report a post" button within the thread. ALZConnected Moderators review all reported posts to determine the most appropriate action.
