I'm concerned about the incidence of amyloid-related imaging abnormalities that I've read can occur as much as 40% of the time. Many are asymptomatic, but that mean it's okay?

I looked up on that as a possible medication to bring up to my Grandfather's PCP, but then I saw the side effects. The medication can cause brain swelling and brain bleeds. That's far too big of a risk to take in my opinion. To me, the risks seem to outweigh the benefits, and it makes me quite nervous.
