The last three days Mom has been going to bed about 8pm and not getting up until mid afternoon. Today she slept until 5:30. She seems to be very calm too. What does this mean?

She takes Seroquel and 50 mg of Trazadone before bedtime.

Before this she was up and down many times during the night and would only sleep until about 10am. Big change in a short amount of time.

Any answers are greatly appreciated.

Kelley (daughter of Jean 91-years-old stage 5-6)

What does her brain specialist say about this big change?

Does she have AD, and if so, what stage?

She has no brain specialist per say. She does have Alzheimers and is stage 6.

My husband did that for a long time and now he doesn't sleep. Every day changes.
