This is a great article, Mimi.  Thanks for sharing. 

Art, music and dance good for us.  Dr. Oz specifically mentioned dancing as beneficial for dementia patients, because it combines the physical aspects as well as the mental and social aspects.

As always, iris, Thanks. One of these days I'll remember how to do it.

 

The lesson must be learned by care givers. and especially by the institutions, both part time such as Adult Day Care Centers and the various types of Assisted Living and Nursing Homes.
