Confirms what we've been preaching about vigorous exercise! Any is good, but vigorous is better .... for all.

That is encouraging, Mimi! Thanks for sharing.

Dr Oz recommends dancing as the ideal exercise. It combines physical and mental stimulation. We can dance for hours, if we have a place.

Of course, the real ideal exercise is one that you will do consistently.
