Vik, you posted on the Caregiver board that you fall a lot.  Have you checked that out with your doctor?  Falls are common and can be dangerous.  Your local hospital may have a falls prevention program that can evaluate you and give you advice.  A local hospital where I live provided such a program for seniors for free.

I had physical therapy to prevent falls a long time ago. I will check with our hospital to see if they hav a free program. I use a cane and sometimes a walker.  THANKS for ur suggestion!

Vik, since you use a cane and a walker, strengthening and balancing exercises can be very helpful.  Injuries from falls are a major reason for admission to long term care facilities.  You probably already know that.
