Does this medicine help with hallucinations or delusions?

Hi Kathy---yes, it can help a lot. Brand name is Seroquel. There are numerous old threads about its use, it is one of the more well tolerated drugs in a family called atypical antipyschotics. Can be used for sleep, agitation, delusions, hallucinations, a number of different things. My partner takes it (so far, just a dose at bedtime) and has helped her sleep fragmentation a lot. Not everyone tolerates it, but most do.
