The hardship of taking care of dementia patients is never fully appreciated. Now one of the author of "36-Hour Day", Peter Rabins, based on his new "study" on the AD patients suggests that Alzheimer’s patients should and could get "better quality of life."

I fully agree with him that AD patients really should and could get better quality of life.

However, I do not agree with him on what family, caregivers should get his upgrade from "36-Hour Day" to "72-Hour Day". We need more professional services, medical, social etc.
