What do you think of this program idea?

What do you like and what would you like to see?

1)  This program will cost the state $25 million.  CA is already on the verge of bancruptcy in late 2020.  This proposal was written in 2019, when we might hae still been working with some sort of surplus.  But CA has spent a lot of the surplus on the Covid response, and is now in debt.  Many businesses are shut down and thus tax revenue will be lower.

2)  I prefer to work with middle-aged to older workers.  Younger workers do not know how to work without close supervision.  I have experienced this personally and seen it written on these boards.

Addendum:  CA just doesn't have money.  2020 was our worse fire season and fire season isn't over yet.  In LA, there is a bann on restaurant dining.  Now, for tomorrow, Thanksgiving Day, there may be a power outage beginning at noon, due to high winds forecast.  So it will be hard to cook and eat at home, and restaurants will be closed.  How will the state pay for this?
