 My grandma’s physician confirmed she is beginning to transition from early stage to middle stage of her disease. I’m also a foster child and have no family and few supports. I’m looking for LGBTQ people in my area that I can link up with.

 Unfortunately I'm not in your area, but wanted to let you know that your post was seen. I hope you have been able to find some kind of support or connection with others through some of the other sections of this discussion board (as the LGBT section seems to be only lightly used)
